About programme
How does DofE work
The programme is for everyone between the ages of 14 and 24.
It consists of participating in activities from three areas, one hour per week each. The areas of DofE are Physical Recreation, developing a Skill and Voluntary Service. With each area, you set a certain goal to motivate you and help you move forward. At the end, you will participate in a team Adventurous Journey in nature. You track your progress in an on-line app, and whenever you need help, you have a Leader that will gladly help you.

Why should you do it?
- you will improve in the activities that you enjoy
- you will receive an internationally recognized certificate
- you will spend time help others
- you will get experience that will help you in the future
- you can receive financial support from the DofE Fund for your DofE activities

Physical Recreation
Doing a Physical Recreation activity will help you improve your performance and your health. Maybe you can work on your teamwork during volleyball, or meet new people during skating. You don’t have to be the best and win medals left and right, but you should want to push yourself a little further. You can also learn to live a healthier life.

There are a lot of options to choose from in this area. From playing a music instrument or studying foreign languages to cooking or programming. You will set achievable goals, thus improve yourself, work on your talent, or acquire completely new skills. An important thing is that you will enjoy it.
