About programme

How does DofE work

The program is for everyone between the ages of 14 and 24.

It consists of regularly engaging in activities from three areas, each 1 hour a week. The areas of DofE are physical activity, skill and volunteering. For each activity, you set a certain goal that will motivate you and move you forward. In the end, you will complete a team expedition in nature. You record your entire journey through the program in an online application, and when you need help, you have a leader available to advise you.
