ORB update

We strive to improve the DOFE programmme for our participants and you, our DOFE leaders. Therefore, in August 2020, new features and enhancements which are described below will be introduced in the ORB. 1. Ability to make bulk changes when managing participants

A new feature enabling Award Centre volunteers the ability to undertake the following tasks in bulk:

  • approving participant registrations (see image below, note that details still need to be confirmed before approval can be made)

  • archiving participants

  • assigning an Award Leader to participants

2. Additional Gender option

An additional Gender option was previously approved and has now been updated as follows:

3. Participant information added to the Assessor’s report for Adventurous Journeys

Summary information has been added to the Assessor’s report, to include the participant’s:

  • Award Centre

  • Award level

  • Award start date

4. „To Do List“ and „My To Do List“

Award Leaders will find To Do lists that applies to the whole Award Centre (‘To Do List’) as well as just their own actions, for their own participants (‘My To Do List’)

5. Assessor report available on the Award Leader Apps
