Our foundation consists of employees of the National Office, the Board of Trustees and Supervisory Board. The National Office is here for you, the Boards' chairmen and members support the foundation.
Tomáš Vokáč
Tomáš has been the Executive Director at The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Czech Republic since 2015 and is responsible for the strategic development of the Award. Before, he worked for nearly 6 years as an Academic Director for the largest education company in the Czech Republic, Edua Group, where he led an international team of more than 500 instructors, methodologists, trainers and academic managers. Formerly he worked as the head of international cooperation and PR at Arts and Theatre Institute where he was responsible for promoting Czech culture abroad. He studied at Faculty of Arts at Charles University in Prague where he earned a PhD in Art History and Theory of art and culture and he led several lectures and seminars. He is actively engaged in leadership, coaching and mentoring as well as modern trends in youth and adult education.

Michal Jež
Michal is in charge of the program team, therefore he is responsible for maintaining the quality of the program at existing centers and for expanding to new centers. Together with Tomáš he creates DofE strategy in the Czech Republic. He is also in charge of institutional partnerships with regions and cities and he leads the project of virtual leaders and participants of iDofE. Michal studied Genomics and Proteomics at the Faculty of Science of the Masaryk University. He worked in research already during his studies and he continued after as well. So overall, he worked for more than 5 years in the laboratories of Masaryk University and CEITEC. He also worked for 2 years as a product specialist for genomics and diagnostics at HPST. For the last 9 years, he worked in Britain in Summer School - 4 years as Activity Leader and 5 years as Activity Manager, which he perceives as his second home. He comes from a teacher's family, so he has a positive relationship with education. In his free time he likes to travel, he likes music, movies, serials, dance, politics and philosophical debates about the universe and the existence of mankind and the world.

Kateřina Patáková
Katka takes care of the local centres for the Duke of Edinburgh program in Moravia, Silesia and the Highlands. Katka supports the Program Coordinators and Program Leaders to carry out new programmes and adventure expeditions.

Veronika Ormaniecová
Soňa Vyskočilová
Soňa is our Queen of admin! Having completed the Gold Award, she is passionate about the programme and sharing her experiences so others can do the same. In the programme she juggled diablo, played football and volunteered in a local kindergarten. Soňa is currently an ambassador for The Duke of Edinburgh award and a Czech Language and Social Studies student at The Faculty of Education in Charles University.

Andrea Bittnerová
Andrea is in charge of expanding the DofE program to sports clubs and she is also committed to international cooperation. She studied International Relationships at the Masaryk University in Brno. Formerly, Andrea was the National Representative for the Erasmus Student Network in the Czech Republic and she has worked as an English teacher.

Alena Hábltová
Alena shares her time between evaluations of structural funds, the Study of Public and Social Policy at Charles University and working in the Volunteer Club and lecture panel for the non-profit organization INEX-SDA, Humanitarian Unit of the Czech Red Cross and the Balvan Rudná Scout Center where she plans to establish a Duke of Edinburgh Local Centre.
Lucka Krumpholcová
Lucka took over the Duke of Edinburgh’s Gold Award in June 2014 from the British ambassador Jane Townsend and the famous fisherman Jakub Vagner. She has been an active assistant to the Duke of Edinburgh national office and a founding member of the Alumni Club for 4 years. Lucka has already participated in three international events; an expedition in Ireland, a meeting of program graduates from several European countries, and international training that was part of her preparation for Duke of Edinburgh.
Martin Vlček
Pavla Müllerová
Pavla was presented the Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award in 2008 and is currently working at the DofE Charity for the Czech Republic. In October 2014, the Czech DofE was represented at the International Gold Event - a traditional international meeting of DofE Gold graduates - held in South Korea. She is involved in the DofE Graduates Club.
